Sharsheret leads the national response to breast cancer and ovarian cancer by working with Jewish and health care organizations across the country to create or enhance culturally-sensitive local breast cancer programs, support services, and resources through the Sharsheret Community Partners program. The goal of the program is to successfully combine local breast cancer resources with Sharsheret’s vast national expertise and culturally-sensitive support groups and programs for the women in your community facing breast cancer and ovarian cancer. Sharsheret has established more than 85 local breast cancer and ovarian cancer programs and support groups throughout the country.
