Teaneck, New Jersey (October 16, 2018) –  Sharsheret, the only national not-for-profit organization dedicated to addressing the needs of Jewish women and families, of all backgrounds, facing breast and ovarian cancer, brought together over 200 people for Team Sharsheret at the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk on Sunday, October, 2018, in New York City. Team Sharsheret consisted of volunteers, supporters, college students and families at this incredible event honoring the thousands of women and families facing breast and ovarian cancer nationwide.

“Sharsheret continues to grow because of the dedication and commitment of so many strong supporters, both locally and nationally,” said Team Captain Sarah Eagle. “This year, we are especially grateful to our Team Benefactor, Bernstein Liebhard LLP, and the many other pharmaceutical, corporate and family sponsors who support us year after year.
