Community-Wide Genetic Screening Event

Join Sharsheret and JScreen at the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan for a community-wide genetic screening event as part of the JCC Fitness Open House. Learn your inherited cancer risk through testing for BRCA1, BRCA2, and more than 60 additional cancer genes, and explore reproductive carrier screening for Tay-Sachs and over 260 other conditions.
Participants will also have the opportunity to meet author and “Feel It on the First” advocate Gila Pfeffer and enjoy treats from the Manischewitz Food Truck. Take an empowered step toward understanding your DNA, your decisions, and your future in a supportive community setting.
