Whether or not you have already undergone genetic counseling or testing, new genetics information in the media may be difficult to understand.
Emerging, yet, often confusing, research is coming at us from many sources. Hear from Sharsheret’s Genetics Program Coordinator, Peggy Cottrell, MS, CGC, as she explores the latest critical genetics research, decodes BRCA and other genetic mutations in the media, and helps us understand what steps we need to take next. A Sharsheret peer supporter will share her personal story and a live question and answer session will follow the presentation.
