This one-hour interactive training, presented in partnership with the Association for Oncology Social Work, explores imagery and metaphors to assist patients with the anxiety that commonly accompanies diagnoses, treatment and survivorship. While these tools are not meant as a replacement for ongoing therapy for those who need, they do allow for a non-threatening introduction to the topic of mental health. Not an AOSW member?
