Take a Breath Brake: Mindful Breathing Techniques for Pain and Stress Reduction

Join our guest presenter, Rabbi Elimelech Goldberg, a black belt, author, and founder of the international organization Kids Kicking Cancer, as he teaches us how to use mindful breathing to reduce pain and stress related to cancer treatment and recovery. No experience is required and we welcome everyone to come learn how to incorporate regular “breath brakes” in our everyday life.
