After more than two decades as a stay at home mother of four and a fitness enthusiast, Liz turned her passion for health and wellness into a career. Liz is a holistic nutritionist and health coach with certificates in sports nutrition and weight management, a personal trainer, yoga barre, group fitness and active aging instructor.
