Feeling Strong After Treatment

Join Farrah Zweig to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion. Incorporating gentle exercises that focus on the chest, arms, shoulders, core and legs while also integrating stretches to improve overall mobility and posture.
No weights required but can use light dumbbells, small water bottle or even cans as weights. Yoga mat, towel and water recommended.
Speaker Bio
Farrah Zweig, CPT, CEP, OCS, has a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in fitness, nutrition and health. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist for over 20 years, she has helped numerous clients increase strength, confidence, and an appreciation of what their body can accomplish. Identifying your personal definition of “being fit,” Farrah guides you on your way to athleticism.
