Sharsheret is proud of its longstanding partnership with the Cancer Care Program at the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan. Over the years, together we have educated and supported countless individuals facing breast cancer, ovarian cancer, and higher diagnostic risk.
We’ve joined forces, and continue to collaborate on Broadway’s Best for Breast Cancer, Zentangle and Ecstatic Dance programs. Sharsheret team members have spoken at the annual Shirley Kohn Spa Day, and individual support programs and more.
We are proud to take our partnership to the next stage as Sharsheret becomes the psychosocial support provider for Cancer Care participants impacted by breast or ovarian cancers, or a heightened cancer risk. As has always been the case, Sharsheret’s programs are individualized, confidential, and absolutely free.
Sharsheret is a Jewish non-profit organization that provides support regardless of background, race, gender, sexual orientation, age, or religion.

Combining dots, lines, curves, and orbs to design the “Elemental Strokes” in all Zentangle art. No art background required-AT ALL!
Broadway’s Best for Breast Cancer

Hear top health and wellness experts discuss how life is affected during and after cancer—all without leaving your sofa! As always, we will tell you how to take advantage of the complementary and supportive care of the JCC’s programs.
This special program is cosponsored by the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan , Sharsheret and Dr. Alison Estabrook, a nationally recognized breast cancer surgeon who is currently professor emeritus of surgery at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
